Our York location at Indian Rock Dam Road is the culmination of 12 years of growth. Returning to our family farm, we have made room for our complete inventory with an outdoor showroom of installed samples and supplies. And plans for more in the works…
From what my dad taught me, to what my wife and brother-in-law Josh have learned together, we’re now teaching our sons. Three generations of landscaping knowledge, and the experience to provide prompt service.

Humble Beginnings
When prime quality landscape materials were scarce in Southern York County, owner Kevin Fake began processing Premium Topsoil for his landscape clients and projects. His initial choosiness — and efforts since then — have shaped today’s array of the county’s finest landscape products available at Keel Mar.
From our very own Mulch and Topsoil, Amended Soils, Decorative and Natural Stone, our selections expanded to Concrete Paver and Wall Systems and Landscaping and Hardscaping Accessories. All available for pick up or delivery, from three nearby locations.
From the Ground Up
Our growth continued in 2019 with the acquisition of Mighty Oak Mulch in Red Lion, Pennsylvania. This 30-acre facility added the capability to grow and continue production of the highest quality mulch and soil products. Open to contractors as well as the general public, we offer pick-up and delivery of bulk mulch from each location.
Keel-Mar continues to create top-notch landscaping materials and provide the contractor supplies our family is proud to sell, because we use them ourselves.

As demand for Keel-Mar products has grown, so has our family’s commitment to growing our selections and keeping them available.
We manufacture in Red Lion and sell and deliver from Red Lion, York and our partners at Southend Supply in Glen Rock.
